On July 21, 2010 BBHB Partner, Rick Ottenhof, delivered a one hour presentation entitled Job Estimating: It Can Make or Break your Business, to 20 renovation contractors who were in attendance at the GOHBA Renovator Council. The presentation covered the elements of a job estimate, forms of estimating projects, calculating overheads, profit and markups.
